About Your Inspection

What to expect from your inspection.

During Your Inspection

Whether you’re purchasing, selling, or maintaining your home, Guide Home Inspection delivers professional and high-quality service from the moment you contact us. Our certified home inspectors will walk through your home with you, sharing as much information as you’d like to learn. We adhere strictly to the Standards of Practice for home inspectors set by InterNACHI, the foremost authority in home inspection.

After Your Inspection

After we walk through the home together, we will review the overall condition of the home and its systems with you and your agent. We’ll discuss any major issues that require immediate attention, as well as items to monitor for potential future maintenance. All this information will be compiled in our easy-to-read Spectora report, which you will receive in HTML and/or PDF format. This report will include the items we discussed, complete with images for reference.
